HIIT Workouts truly are the 8th wonder of the world!

AKA High Intensity Interval Training is proven to be the most efficient exercise method allowing you to:

  • burn 2x as much in 1/2 the time
  • highest % of body fat burned
  • build lean muscle faster
  • boosts your metabolism for rest of day= burn more cals up to 48 hours after!

If you’re not taking advantage of HIITs yet…

HERE’S HOW You Can Sculpt YOUR Dream Body!

Alternate between short bursts of extreme high intensity and rest.

—> If you’re running,

Sprint at your max 100% effort for 30 seconds, and jogging for 60 seconds. Repeat 7 times

—->If you’re doing a weight/body circuit

Find a circuit of 5-8 exercises (squat, jump lunge, jumprope, mountain climbers, pushups etc) and do each for 30-45 seconds with a 10 second rest in-between, complete 3-4 times. ****Make sure you are doing each with your max 100% effort! It will only take about 15 minutes but you have to make every one of them count  

**After 15-20 mins you just got more benefits than an hour long workout! It’s really that simple.

But don’t get me wrong, you’re sucking wind. This isn’t a breezy jog or half-assed weight day where your texting or mingling half the time. You are giving it all you’ve got and especially focusing on your breathing and form (which you’re all doing anyways, right?! ;))

HIITs ROCK because we are all super busy, and this takes away all excuses of not having time!

◊ If I have a busy day, I just wake up 20 minutes earlier and do a quick circuit in my room and I will be seriously hurtin’ in class 15 minutes later. I personally make 75-80% of my workouts HIIT style, and it’s completely changed my fitness game!
